Set up your organization once. Grange AI handles the research, the writing, and the deadline tracking.
Upload your 990, mission statement, and program numbers. Grange AI builds an org profile that feeds every proposal you write.
Grange AI scans Grants.gov, Candid, and foundation databases daily, scoring each opportunity against your mission, NTEE code, and eligibility.
Grange AI reads the funder's RFP, pulls from your profile, and writes the full narrative: needs statement, theory of change, KPIs, and evaluation plan. You review and submit.
Grange AI runs the whole grant lifecycle, from getting registered to filing the final report, so your team can stay on mission.
Every grant gets a fit score from your mission, NTEE code, geography, and budget range. You only see the ones worth applying for.
501(c)(3) status, allowable costs, and applicant restrictions confirmed against the RFP before you write a single word.
We pre-validate your UEI, TIN, and address against IRS and USPS records, the #1 cause of weeks-long rejections, and track annual renewals.
A full narrative pulled from your profile and the funder's own RFP language. A grant writer needs 30–50 hours for the same thing.
Build the budget once and Grange AI writes a justification that matches every line item, the alignment reviewers reject proposals over.
Turn your program into the logic model, measurable objectives, and evaluation plan funders ask for, as a diagram and narrative.
Page limits, fonts, margins, file naming, and required attachments verified against the RFP, so you're never administratively disqualified.
Reminders at 30, 14, and 7 days for proposals, LOIs, and reports, synced straight to your calendar so nothing slips.
Interim and final reports written from your outcome data. Funders get what they need and you keep the relationship for next year.
Grant writers charge $3,000–$15,000 a proposal. Here's what organizations do instead.
"Grange AI found a foundation we'd never heard of and drafted the whole application in an afternoon. We won it."
"Three grants in our first sixty days. It costs less per month than one hour of a professional grant writer."
"I stopped giving up my Sundays to the 990 binder. Grange AI handles the compliance prep I used to dread."
"We applied to 11 grants last quarter. Before Grange AI we could barely manage two. Our funding doubled."
"The SAM.gov validation alone saved us from a rejection that would have cost six weeks. That feature pays for itself."
"Our board asked why we suddenly had so much capacity. The answer was Grange AI doing the proposal writing."
"The logic model diagram it generates is better than anything I was producing manually. Funders notice."
"First federal grant we'd ever submitted. Grange AI walked us through SAM registration and wrote the full narrative. We got funded."
"Deadline reminders synced to my calendar and a draft ready two weeks before due. I've never submitted anything late since."
A grant writer charges $3,000 to $15,000 per proposal. Grange AI starts free and grows with you from $19.99 a month.
For organizations applying to their first few grants.
For nonprofits building a consistent grant portfolio.
For multi-program organizations and federal applications.
Most nonprofits never find it because they don't have a grant writer. Now you do.

Your organization's grant data is sensitive. We build our security program around that reality — not as an afterthought.
How we build and operate the platform
Grange AI runs on cloud providers with SOC 2 Type II certification. Our infrastructure is isolated per environment (production, staging, development) with no shared secrets between environments.
Each organization's grant data, profiles, and generated content are stored with logical isolation. We do not co-mingle data across organizations. Your data cannot be accessed by or exposed to other customers.
All traffic is routed through a web application firewall (WAF) that blocks common attack patterns. Internal services communicate over private network interfaces and are not exposed to the public internet.
We target 99.9% monthly uptime. Critical services run across multiple availability zones. Automated failover and health checks minimize downtime during incidents.
How we protect your data at every layer
Who can see your data and under what conditions
Internal access to customer data is restricted by role. Only a minimal number of engineers with a legitimate operational need can access production data, and only through a controlled access request process.
All internal access to production systems requires multi-factor authentication. We enforce phishing-resistant MFA (hardware keys or authenticator apps) for all team members with production access.
Every internal access to customer data is logged with a timestamp, user identity, and reason. Logs are stored separately from application data and reviewed for anomalies on a regular basis.
Team members are granted only the minimum access required for their role. Access is reviewed and revoked when no longer needed. Contractor access is time-limited and scoped to specific tasks.
How we build and test for security
Secure development lifecycle: Security is integrated into our development process from the start. Engineers follow secure coding guidelines, code changes are reviewed by peers before merging, and we run automated static analysis on every pull request.
Dependency management: We use automated tooling to monitor our software dependencies for known vulnerabilities and apply updates on a regular schedule. Critical security patches are applied as soon as they are available.
Vulnerability scanning: We run automated vulnerability scans against our infrastructure and application on a regular basis. Findings are triaged by severity and resolved according to a defined SLA.
OWASP Top 10: Our application is designed and tested against the OWASP Top 10 most common web application security risks, including SQL injection, cross-site scripting (XSS), cross-site request forgery (CSRF), and broken authentication.
Penetration testing: We conduct penetration tests against our application and infrastructure. Findings are tracked to resolution before the next test cycle.
What happens if something goes wrong
We maintain a documented incident response plan. When a potential security incident is detected — through monitoring alerts, user reports, or internal discovery — our response process activates immediately.
If we confirm a breach that exposed your data, we will notify you by email within 72 hours. The notification will include the nature of the breach, what data was affected, what we have done to contain it, and what steps you can take to protect yourself.
We take all security reports seriously. If you have discovered a potential security vulnerability in Grange AI, please report it to us privately before publishing any details. We will:
Please do not publicly disclose the vulnerability until we have had the opportunity to investigate and address it.
